Expect your order to be fulfilled in 3 to 5 business days. You will receive tracking information once the package is shipped.
Depending on your order, it may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive tracking information for all packages once they are shipped.
We do not pay for duties and taxes when shipping to international destinations. All further applicable customs and import duties, taxes, local carrier Collect on Delivery (COD) charges, etc. are the responsibility of the customer. Once your items are held by customs, All Bella Vita will inform you about the necessary cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time and it is your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the items. If the necessary costs are not paid and the order is returned to us, the return charge will be determined by Customs Authorities and removed from the customer's refund.

We have a 30-day return policy. If you do not return your item within 30 days after delivery we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you first received it. It must also be returned to us in its original packaging.
To complete your return, include your receipt of proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, or any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace defected or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. We only issue refunds to the customer who made the purchase.
You are responsible for the payment of shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
